SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Economy shipping.
Expedited Shipping Fees are not free and will be paid for by the customer upon request.
Please email us directly if you seek expedited shipments and we will send over a separate invoice to cover the expedited shipment fee. Additionally, if you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Products will be shipped within 5-7 Business days once final approval of design or text has been approved with the exception of expedited shipments. In the case of expedited shipments, the order will ship at the rate of the chosen expediting shipment option. Shipping time of large quantity orders will be determined once final number of items has been determined. Tracking number will be emailed once product has been shipped. Holidays can delay shipping. Webb's Engravings, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We currently only ship within the United States.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Orders can only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
